An hour flight from Manila will take us to Busuanga. From Busuanga, we will take a van for about 45 minutes to the town proper of Coron. Here, there are a number of hotels and lodges to choose from. Room rates in hotels and lodges range from P450.00 to P1, 898.00 per night depending on the amenities that come with the rates. Me? I will choose hotels.
But, if you are the adventurous kind, you can choose to stay in the nearby islands in your tent or in cottages. Sounds like camping! Count me out!
Divers and snorkelers will revel in its rich marine life and be owed by the shipwrecks; those who prefer to relish its beauty without having to get wet, island hopping will be perfect for you, but if the pristine sea proves to be irresistible for you, dive, swim and snorkel, then. Or if the seawater is too cold for you, dip in Maquinit Hot Spring.
Nature lovers needn’t feel left behind. A trek to Tapyas Hills will take your breath away as you look on its view and of the neighboring islands. Calauit island sanctuary will give you that African safari experience. Or, you can join mountain bike tours, jungle treks, go horseback riding, go hiking, visit Kingfisher’s Park (catching my breath…)
Paradise experience guaranteed or your money back!
